The Annual Shareholders meeting is scheduled for June 26, 2013 at 4:00 pm. The meeting will take place at Summa Akron City Hospital in the Executive Office Conference Room. All Board members are welcomed to this meeting.
The next meeting of the SIC/SummaCare Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Details to follow.
